Doug is the President of Vinyl By Design. Doug handles most retail sales calls and his experience with vinyl allows him to explain exactly what you pay for as a customer. Doug has worked in this industry for ten years and would be happy to answer any questions you have regarding your fencing and decking needs. | ||

Nola is the General Manager of Vinyl by Design. Nola has worked on jobsites and in the shop. She is capable of walking customers through many various product problems. From construction to cleaning, Nola has dealt with most industry problems in the field and is able to use her ten plus years of experience to help customers achieve their desired result. | ||

Ruth has worked with Vinyl By Design since 2000. Ruth is currently the office manager and primarily handles accounting, payroll, and personnel functions. Ruth can answer all billing questions as need arises. Ruth is also able to answer many questions you may have concerning our wide range of products. | ||
Joy has been with Vinyl By Design since May, 2005. Joy is one of the company's two customer service representatives. Joy also handles in-house sales. Joy's attention to detail and her experience quoting have enabled her to learn much about the product. Joy would be happy to answer any of your questions regarding vinyl fencing, decking, and railing as well as the myriad of specialty products offered by Vinyl By Design (i.e. pergolas, gazebos, and outdoor furniture). | ||
